two new works of my mom. cross body purse and a dress, made of soviet heavyweight cotton. it is really something. i keep them on the wardrobe handles for weeks as paintings before photographing and giving away. classic, simple, one of a kind. ‘pine needles’ purse will be here. ‘running wave’ dress is not listed yet…

pattern on the dress is floating like a water from the side. narrow long triangles are bending and growing thicker. being so geometrical at first… pale baby blue bias tape is also from the soviet times, it’s covering the neckline from the inside, hiding the perfect seam like a treasure. the almost whole view is here, next to the wrapping paper bucket.

третье платье маминой работы. оно скроено по косой и поэтому название пришло очень легко – ‘бегущая волна’! геометричный узор, но от такого угла кроя и линий, перетекающих в разные толщины, напоминает воду. и цвет здесь не чистый белый, а спокойный, природный.

пояс. закрепленный в боковых швах, он может быть и сзади, и спереди. не стягивает, но придает платью особенную форму. оно стоит колокольчиком и удобное широкое внизу. пояс чуть усмиряет форму. мама сама такое придумала!

самый низ, в чёрно-белых фотографиях. а ещё здорово, что сразу после ‘призрачной нити’ – именно платье.
