venetian handblown glass birds and fruit from two salvaged necklaces (1920-30’s), aqua turquoise birds with raspberry eyes and beaks, spattered peaches in two shades and sugared citruses. fine and delicate italian craftsmanship from murano, an island in the venetian lagoon where glass has been made for more than 700 years. these pieces are in their perfect condition. will find new lives in brooches, supplemented by vintage english and american findings.

хрупкая и нежная брошка. птица во фруктовом саду. звучит так по-русски, будто из песни. все стеклянные части были спасены из итальянских муранских стеклянных украшений, птицы и листья – из одних бус, а персики и цитрусы – из других (или браслета). птица смотрит прямо в глаза, когда брошь приколота! а её окружение даёт ей естественную устойчивость. несмотря на это, лучше не носить под верхней одеждой, чтобы птица не пострадала.
